My name is Rose Mastracci, and I am the driving force behind R-meg VA.

I have been offering office overload support to businesses and individuals since 1994.

I assist individuals with an array of word processing and researching tasks, including essays and theses, reports, resumes and letters.  I also create flyers for small businesses, financial reports and year-end statements among other things.

I expanded my business to include virtual office assistance services in 2001.

This includes managing client email, doing research, maintaining and updating social network pages, tracking conversations, comments and moderating blogs, producing articles, newsletters, guides, contracts, proposals, letters, accounts, appointment scheduling, call-backs, calendar and "to do" management and much more for both individuals and businesses.

I greatly enjoy the challenges I face in meeting the diverse needs of my varied clientele.
